Wafer Paper Rose Tutorial

Wafer Paper flowers are a great addition to any cake and wayyyyyy easier and quicker to make than gumpaste flowers.  And I think they look almost, super close to the actual flowers.   They also are super light so you can combine them in a spray or attach them to the cake with melted chocolate or anyway you would a normal flower.

In this tutorial I show the basics, and materials you will need to any flower, but I demonstrate how to put the rose together.  See the links below if you want to find some of the tools and materials that I use.

In the video I show you the basics of making beautiful, but quick Wafer Paper roses.   I touch on the materials I use, coloring, and how to assemble the flower.

Here are a list of the Materials that I use for making wafer paper flowers.

These are affiliate links, when you purchase items through these links amazon does pay me a little amount of money for directing you to their site, but it doesn't change my opinion of the items and I only list items that I actually love and use.  And the price is the same wether you use my links or not. The small amount of money I make from it is used to make more tutorials.

To make the Gum Glue that I use in the video:
mix a little boiling water with a little bit of tylose powder and shake it around and let it sit for about an hour or two.

Let me know if you have any questions and if there are any flowers in particular that you want me to show you how to make.
