Peppermint Fudge Recipe

Fudge! Everyone loves it, but sometimes it isn't easy to make.  Well this one tastes amazing, is super easy to make, and is great for treat gifts.  This is what you need:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 bags or Dark and Mint Chocolate Chips (I find them at Target but only in the holiday time so I stock up)
Wiltons Mint Crunchie sprinkles (you can get them at Michaels in the cake decorating isle)
An 8 inch square pan and tin foil and parchment that are buttered.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk on top of the chocolate and mint chips and melt (either over a double broiler or in the microwave.  If you do it in the microwave, then just do 30 seconds at first and then in 20 second intervals until melted.  Make sure to stir it after each time so it doesn't seize.)

Continue stirring until it thickens and then pour into a greased tin foiled 8 inch square pan.  Then sprinkle the mint crunchies on top and flatten with parchment.  You might need to grease the parchment if it sticks. Then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before cutting.

Once it is chilled take out of the pan and off the foil and cut up in to bite size pieces.  You can also use cookie cutters if you want to cut it in special shapes. Then wrap it up in pretty wrapping and share with those you love. But watch out they might not share once they taste it.

Enjoy!
