Minnie Mouse Cake

My niece loves Minnie Mouse and she also loves that Pecan Chocolate Feather cake.  So she asked for me to make her that cake with a Minnie Mouse theme for her Birthday.  This posed a slight problem since that cake is so soft and fluffy that I wouldn't be able to cover it with fondant or carve it into any shapes.  After thinking a little while this is what I came up with.  I made a Minnie Mouse out of fondant and used dowels to support her body.

Then I added a red ribbon, some red sugar balls and her name in red to tie it all in and spice up the cake a little.
