Pumpkin Spice is probably one of my very favorite cake flavors, especially when whipped cream cheese frosting is involved! They are extremely light and moist that I would eat them year round, not just in the fall when we crave anything made of pumpkin. They are yummy with or with out the walnuts, but my preference is with the walnuts on top. See Pumpkin Spice Cake for the recipe that I used for the cupcakes.
