Here is an Anchor/ Natuical beach cake for my friends niece, Zenia. She loves anything to do with anchors and star fish. The anchor was hand molded with gumpaste and the shells and letters are fondant. And you would think that wavy/non smooth frosting would be easy to do, but I spent 20 minutes trying to get the waviness right and not just messy looking! Oh, and the sand is crushed Nilla Wafers mixed with Sugar on top of frosting (to hold the crumbs on the board).
