Another simple cookie to do. My oldest son has a summer birthday so they celebrate all the summer birthdays in June. These were the treat for his class birthday party. You just use the same cookie cutter on the fondant as the cookie and then pipe a small reflection line on the top. I also piped some of these with Amazing Glaze because I had some on hand. I will put the recipe on my blog soon. I like it a lot and it doesn't dry quite as fast as the royal icing and it isn't super hard and crunchy like royal icing.
