Here is the recipe for my Creamy Buttercream.
1 cup shortening
3 Tablespoons of Non-dairy Creamer
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
Cream the shortening, creamer, and vanilla together until the liquids are incorporated and it is fluffy. Add the pinch of salt and powdered sugar and mix until fluffy. If you need a stiffer consistancy add more powdered sugar, and if you need it to be thinned then add a little creamer to thin.
