Ok, so I know it isn't Friday anymore, but Christmas Eve was a little busy for me. So here it is, better late than never.
It is a French Vanilla cupcake with a little caramel chunk inside the cupcake. The frosting is a Caramel Buttercream with Caramel drizzled on top with english toffee sprinkled on top.
Next time I want to try a plain french vanilla cupcake with a little bit of Caramel injected inside after it is baked and then the caramel buttercream, drizzled caramel and toffee. And maybe to tone a tiny bit down on the caramel use regular vanilla buttercream with the drizzled Caramel and toffee.
