Easter Egg Cupcake 1



I cut out the easter eggs from fondant that had tylose powder added to it, using a little mini egg cutter.  Then I bushed the eggs with a tiny bit of corn syrup and dusted it with sanding sugar.  Don't add the eggs until closer to the presentation time.  I noticed after about 8 hours they started to slump because of the moisture in the frosting.
