Wedding Dress/Formal Dress Cookie

This is a small cookie about 2 1/4 inches tall. It has a layer of fondant on the top which is textured (kind of hard to see from the picture) and a sash and flower on the side. Then it has white silk luster dust on the top to make it shimmer.
