Winter Wedding Cake and Cupcakes

Winter Weddings are so beautiful.  I had the opportunity to make this cake for Remington's Wedding Reception.  The cake was coconut cake with raspberry filling.  It was covered in fondant and then covered in a mixture of sparkling white sugar and tiny slivered coconut to make it look as if the cake is covered with snow.  The cupcakes were Lemon, Chocolate, and Red Velvet with butter cream frosting and white chocolate snow flakes on top. 
To top it off as I finished setting up the cake it began to snow outside.  You couldn't ask for more picturesque surroundings than that.
